  • No Sharing of Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Message Types: Messages sent to your mobile device consist of weekly check-in requests, calendar booking links, reminder notices, and direct communications from your coach.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your training schedule, typically 1 to 3 messages per week.

  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service carrier and plan.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to any message you receive. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message, and no further automated text messages will be sent.

  • Support: For assistance, reply with the word HELP to any message or contact us directly via email.

  • Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
